Biu Challenge week 1

Biu Challenge week 1:

The most prominent change i’ve notice in the first week has to be balance. From constant sweeping motions i’ve made each repetition of the form, i’ve noticed how just slight changes in my footwork change my balance. In order to work on my foot work in biu tze training i alternated from siu nim tau and biu tze; a static footwork form to a biu tze - a dynamic footwork form to training moving quickly from a solid footwork position to a quick moving one.

This showed noticeable improvements in my balance and quick shifting of weight in my movements.
